Evorq Technology runs the “Hum Hum” app and this website. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you control it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email, or your sign-in id from Apple or Google if you sign in with them. We never see your password with them.
- Your preferences: your recipe language, the cuisines you follow, the recipes in your favourites, and your notification settings.
- Subscription: your subscription status, its period and the transaction id as the store sends them. Payment happens with Apple or Google, and your card details never reach us.
- Device: the notification token, device type and app version, to send the notifications you choose.
- Usage: when you last opened the app, and how many times recipes are viewed (never linked to advertising).
Why we collect it
- To run your account and unlock premium recipes when you subscribe.
- To send the notifications you turned on: your cuisines’ recipes, subscription reminders, and offers if you accept them.
- To improve the app and learn which recipes are most wanted.
We do not sell your data, and we share it only with those needed to run the service: Apple and Google (payment and sign-in), Google’s Firebase (notifications), and our hosting provider.
Your control over your data
- Change your name, language and notifications from “My account” in the app.
- Stop promotional messages alone, or all notifications, whenever you like.
- Delete your account in the app: My account → Delete account. We delete your personal data, and keep payment records without anything that identifies you, as accounting rules require.
Children
The app is meant for the general public and is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
