What is the “Hum Hum” app?
A cooking and recipes app: recipes from many cuisines in clear steps with exact amounts, sorted by cuisine and category, so you quickly find what you want to cook.
How do I contact you?
Write to us at the email shown at the bottom of the page, and we will reply as soon as we can.
Subscription & payment
Is the app free?
Downloading the app is free, and it has free recipes you can browse without subscribing. A subscription unlocks every premium recipe.
How do I subscribe?
Only from inside the app: through the App Store on iPhone, or Google Play on Android. The amount is paid to the store directly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The length of the free trial shows on the subscription page before you confirm. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → “Hum Hum”. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple and Google, and refunds are requested from them under each store’s policy.
I changed my phone. How do I restore my subscription?
Sign in with the same account, or tap “Restore purchases” on the subscription page, as long as the phone uses the same store account you subscribed with.
Using the app
Which languages are the recipes in?
Recipes are in Arabic, and many in other languages too. Choose the recipe language in the app’s settings.
How do I follow a cuisine?
Open the cuisine and tap “Follow”, and its new recipes will reach you as a notification.
How do I turn off notifications?
In the app: My account → Notifications. You can stop promotional messages alone and keep recipe notifications.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: My account → Delete account. Deleting the account does not cancel your store subscription, so cancel it in the store first.
