By using the “Hum Hum” app you agree to these terms. The app is run by Evorq Technology.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and what is done through it. We may suspend any account that misuses the app or tries to reach paid content other than through a subscription.
Subscription and automatic renewal
- A subscription unlocks every premium recipe for its whole period, and is bought inside the app through the App Store or Google Play only.
- The amount is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or after the free trial ends if the plan has one.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price at the end of each period, unless you cancel the renewal at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You manage your subscription and cancel its renewal from your account settings in the store. It stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you subscribe.
- Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policy and are requested from them directly.
Current plans: Monthly plan (AED 70.00), 6-month plan (AED 400.00), Yearly plan (AED 750.00). The price shown in the store may differ by your country and currency.
Content
The recipes, pictures and texts in the app are ours or licensed to us, and are for your personal use. They may not be copied, published or sold without written permission.
We work hard to keep the recipes accurate, but watch for any ingredient you are sensitive to, and follow kitchen safety rules. We are not responsible for what results from preparing the recipes.
Changes
We may update these terms, and announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
